Handicapper Rick J Picks Weeks 2 and 3 in the NFL and College Football

We are starting week 2 in the NFL and Week 3 in College Football. So far we
are off to a good start going 4-0 in College and 1-1 in the NFL. The stations
contest and Hilton contest the first week was a solid 3-2. The idea in the first
2 to 3 weeks of the contest is just to survive since its still a crapshoot how
the teams will play starting the season.
This week in College Football unlike the last two weeks there is nothing that
stands out as a solid play or lean. However there are 2 games that are very
close so it might be a good idea to check my blog tomorrow morning. I post all
my plays there usually the morning of the games.
In the NFL Sunday it also is a tough week at least for me. There is 1 game that
stands out and qualifies as a lean. That game is Philadelphia even.
The public is on New Orleans heavy at 79% with only 21% wagering on
Philadelphia.
My models show the following:

The situations are 1-0 in favor of Philadelphia with the situation being:
Play On - Home teams (PHILADELPHIA) - good team from last season - outscored
opponents by 4 or more points/game, after scoring 30 points or more last game.
(33-11 since 1983.) (75%, +20.9 units.
Also my proprietary indicator is very slanted in favor of Philadelphia.
