Wisconsin (2-0) plays at a neutral venue against Northern Illinois (1-1) as they meet in Chicago. This game has the makings of an offensive explosion as both teams have shown the ability to put lots of points on the board,
Russell Wilson has given the Wisconsin offense an amazing dynamic. They have always had a strong offensive line coupled with a strong running game, now add a mobile quarterback who can pass accurately and what you have is a defensive coordinators nightmare. Look for this team to not only make noise today, but on a national level and they may even be a dark horse National Championship contender.

Northern Illinois is coming off of a 10-3 campaign and has begun the season with a win against Army and a loss to Kansas. The offense returns 8 starters from last year and has shown the ability to put lots of points on the board, even though they lost head Coach Jerry Kill to Minnesota. The problem that I see is they have not shown the ability to stop any teams as Army and Kansas were able to put points up on the board.
Northern Illinois takes a huge step up in competition and has no answers for the dynamic Wisconsin offense. Northern Illinois will score, but not enough to keep up with Russell Wilson and company. Take Wisconsin to cover the 16.5 point spread as they win 55-28.
