We don’t advocate playing teasers frequently. There are times, in the NFL, where bringing a 7 point favorite down to -1, picking up the 6 and 3 along the way, can be advantageous. This is especially true come playoff time. Likewise, bringing a +1 point dog up to +7. That being said, there are a couple of times a year where we play a teaser just for fun, and only for a peanut. Thanksgiving is one such time. We’ve been putting out Our “Turkey Day Teaser’ for a number of years here at Bettorsworld and we’ve won far more of them than we have lost.
So, in keeping with Our tradition, here is this years Turkey Day Teaser. It’s a 12 point teaser, ties reduce, and you can play it at 5 Dimes and lay -105.

- 11/22/2012 12:30 PM NFL Football 103 Houston Texans* +8½ vs Detroit Lions
- 11/22/2012 4:15 PM NFL Football 106 Dallas Cowboys* +9 vs Washington Redskins
- 11/22/2012 8:20 PM NFL Football 108 New York Jets* +19½ vs New England Patriots
Let’s see how it plays out. Of the 4 plays, the TCU play scares us most. We like TCU in the Game getting +7 and believe it will be a close Game. But it’s one of those Games where we wouldn’t be shocked if Texas blew their doors off. But we wouldn’t be shocked with a TCU win either, so we’ll see what happens.
The NFL Games we feel more confident about. The Texans should beat the Lions straight up. The Cowboys and Redskins should be a close one. The Cowboys can win it straight up but it’s unlikely we’d see a Redskins blowout. We could see the Jets getting blown off the field, but have a huNCh that they are going to give the Pats a run for their money in the nightcap.
