The San Francisco 49ers were pushed around and beat up by the Bills offensive line and Shady McCoy. It was like seeing a bouNCer at a night club toss around an unruly attendee. Colin Kaepernick played decent football. The stats won’t really indicate that he did, but overall Kaepernick’s grade for the Game should be around a B minus. That’s much better than Blaine GAbbert has been grading out so Kaepernick will keep the starting job this week.
Torrey Smith decided to join the football world and show up again. He was able to reel in a grossly underthrown football and take it in for a score. Carlos Hyde played a less than mediocre Game, but was limited due to Game flow. A Navarro Bowman less defense was atrocious. The 49ers could not do anything to keep the Bills from lining up and running the ball down their throat. It wasn’t any secret as to what the Bills were going to do in the Game, but it did not matter because the 49ers were simply bullied.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are coming off of a bye. In week 5, they took on the Panthers and won the Game on a late field goal. Roberto Aguayo’s rookie year struggles continue to mount, but a Game winning field goal has to help lead his confideNCe back to his Florida State days.
In the Bucs most recent Game against the Panthers, they ran the ball 30 times with Jacquizz Rodgers. It was as if the Bucs wanted to keep Jameis Winston on a leash. Rather than attempting to really go out and win the Game they played not to lose the Game up until the last drive where out of necessity they loosened the leash on Winston and let him play football resulting in a victory. Mike Evans continues to be a real bright spot for the Bucs. He is coming into the Game with 32 receptions for 449 yards and 4 touchdowns so look for him to keep rolling.
