New York Giants (0-3 SU 1-2 ATS) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-1 SU 1-1 ATS)
The Giants are one of only five winless teams in the league and they came close to getting a W in their last Game, but no ciGAr. They lost on a 61-yard field goal from the Eagles as time expired in a hard-fought NFC East battle. After only totaling 13 points in losing their first two Games New York scored 24 points in their last Game, so there is hope.
At 5 dimes sportsbook the Buccaneers are 3-point favorites with a total of 44.
The Bucs were beaten badly in their last Game losing 34-17 to a Minnesota Vikings team that started their backup QB. Their offense could not get it going and their defense GAve up a ton of big plays. Most them came through the air and their secondary will be tested by Manning and tested often since the Giants don’t have a legit rushing offense.
These teams met last in the 2015 season in Tampa Bay where the Giants beat the Bucs 32-18.
The Giants are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven Games facing the Bucs and they are 4-0 ATS in their last Four Games facing them in Tampa Bay.
The Giants lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 27-24 in their last Game where the Giants had more yards (415 to 354), but also had two turnovers and only forced one. Manning had a big day in the air going 35 for 47 for 366 yards with 3 TD and 2 INT and he had to play well since the Giants only rushed for 49 yards. How bad has the run Game been for the G-Men? In the loss to the Eagles Sterling Shepard led the Giants with 133 receiving yards, iNCluding a 77 yard catch, and Odell Beckham Jr. had 79 receiving yards with two TD. He has been bothered by an ankle injury, but is getting healthy and must have a good Game this Sunday. Manning and company will face a Tampa Bay D that GAve up nearly 500 total yards last week.
In their last Game the Bucs lost to the Vikings 34-17 where they did have 342 yards, but they had no run Game, turned the ball over three times, and GAve up 494 total yards. Jameis Winston passed for 323 yards with 2 TD, but had 3 INT and DeSean Jackson led Four players that had at least 67 receiving yards. The Bucs only rushed for 26 yards in the Game with Jacquizz Rodgers being the leading rusher for 15 yards on five carries.
Tampa Bay will likely look to run the ball more in this Game considering the Giants GAve up 193 rushing yards in the loss to the Eagles.

Jason’s Pick: Both teams lost last week with poor defense and no run Game. That will change this Sunday for the Bucs, who will lean on the run more. Winston will also cut down on the turnovers the Tampa Bay D will have a much better Game. This Game will be a close one, but at home the Bucs will get the W and also cover the spread sending the Giants to 0-4 on the season.
