FOOTBALL HANDICAPPER
REVIEWS - Our goal
here for 12 years has been to provide
bettors with solid winning information. We
have made a name for ourselves over the
years with our sportsbook information and
reviews and have now expanded that coverage
by popular demand, to include handicappers.

CARDS HOST CUBS-
Another "division home dog" today is the
Cards. At first glance the Cubs would seem
to have the pitching edge with Zambrano over
Looper but we catch Zambrano coming off the
DL and there are legitimate question marks.
Before going on the DL he was 0-3 his last 3
starts with an era of 5.75. So, maybe we
catch a rusty Zambrano.

FIREWORKS IN THE BRONX
- YANKEES BOSOX-
The Red Sox visit the Bronx for a 4th of
July weekend four game series with the
Yankees and there promises fireworks both
during and after the game. After the game,
of course, with the customary fireworks
display put on by the home team as happens
in most parks across the country. But the
fireworks we're concerned with, will take
place on the field as these two teams have
no trouble scoring runs.

FAST EDDIE SPORTS -
HANDICAPPER REVIEW -
Fast Eddie Sports is run by a
gentleman we have come to know as one of the
hardest working guys in the business, Eddie
Mckinney. With Eddie, there is no gray area.
Everything he does, and has done in this
industry, as been documented by just about
every sports monitor that exists. So if
Eddie advertises a winning season or streak,
and can be sure it's a fact.

MOST REGULAR SEASON
HOME RUNS PROP
- One of the most popular Baseball
prop bets is who will hit the most regular
season home runs. Betting on this prop is
kind of like playing fantasy baseball. It
will get you to tune in each day and root
for your player to knock a few out of the
park, while also rooting against everyone
else on the prop bet list. So, yes, it can
be fun. A blast actually. But it can also be
profitable. So let's take a look at a few of
the contenders as of July 1st 2008

TAMPA RAYS BEST TEAM
IN BASEBALL - How
bout those Tampa Bay Rays? Surprised? Think
they'll fade? We've seen plenty of MLB teams
over the years fade down the stretch. It's
kind of like the Belmont Stakes. Some teams
just aren't built for the distance. So, time
will tell. In the meantime, they are best
team in baseball and looking to sweep the
2nd best team

NATHANS HOT DOG EATING
CONTEST ODDS - I
remember the first time I heard the name
Takeru Kobayashi. It was late at night and I
was surfing the channels on my television. I
ended up watching Jay Leno. Jay is always a
funny guy, and he had prepared a short
cartoon about a man named Takeru Kobayashi.
The world had been flooded, and Kobayashi
saved the day by dipping hot dogs in the
water, and swallowing it all up. That was my
first impression of professional eating.

TEXAS RANGERS
UNDERVALUED BY ODDSMAKES -
PLUS A FREE MLB TOTALS
PLAY - the Texas Rangers are a .500
baseball team this year, but one of the
biggest money makers from a betting
standpoint in many categories. If you bet on
the Rangers strictly when they face a right
handed pitcher for example, you'd be up 16
units this year. Likewise, if you bet the
Rangers in all their road games, this
mediocre team with a road record of 22-23
put close to 7 units profit in your pocket

TIGERS CHASE TWINS
- Thankfully, we're back
to League play. We have a couple of solid
weeks of traditional baseball before the All
Star break, so plenty of time to put
together a nice run. Aside from the two
premium plays today, there are a couple of
other games that could present some value,
and may even be added to the ticket. We can
start right at the top of the card with the
Mets and Cards squaring off for the first
time this year.

ANGELS PITCH NO HITTER
- AND LOSE - I'd be the
last person to complain about a "bad beat".
Generally speaking, those who can't win long
term, are quick to point out all of the
games where the ref blew a call, or the ball
bounced the wrong way. Those very same types
of bettors, will take all the credit and
glory, for a win under similar
circumstances. In other words, when they
win, it's their brilliance.

INTERLEAGUE FINALE -
While many argue that Interleague play is a
waste of time, this is a weekend that would
counter that argument. Personally, I'm not a
fan of Inter League play. I mean, who really
wants to watch the hapless Indians play the
pathetic Giants? But this weekend is what
makes interleague play worthwhile.

BASEBALL VALUE -
PLUS A PLAY ON THE TWINS-PADRES
-
In our daily baseball write ups we mention
over and over again the word value. We also
mention the words long term over and over.
The three key words here are long term
value. Long term value, simply, is what
successful sports betting is all about. That
includes all sports. That includes anything
you can place a wager on. Be it a sporting
event or a race between two ants.

- Oswalt is back to his solid form
that we are used to seeing. 21 K's in his
last 20 innings pitched. Astros are a
respectable 18-16 at home while falling on
hard times on the road. The Rangers have
been bit by the injury bug lately. Josh
Hamilton the AL RBI leader left the the game

questionable for tonights game

CARDINALS - REDS PLUS
A TOTALS PLAY -The
Cards come limping into Detroit to face the
Tigers who have swept their last two home
series. How banged up are the Cardinals?
They are so banged up that they went in to
Boston over the weekend and almost swept the
Bosox who are currently 29-10 at home! This
game is a case of the price being out of
whack

- With the conclusion of the

it, the NBA draft. The draft is always one

we will take a look at the candidates and
odds for the Republican Vice Presidential
nomination. This side of the political

bad for a favorite! Tim Pawlenty is the
second choice at 4-1 odds

Obama and McCain are going to be the
Presidential candidates, however we don’t
know who will be running with them. Let’s

METS GO FOR 3 IN A ROW
- At some point, the New York Mets
figure to make a move. They are better than
a .500 team. How much better, remains to be
seen. But a winning streak like we just saw
with the Yankees is inevitable, so why not
now. We get Pedro Martinez as an underdog
against Ubaldo Jimenez who is 1-7 with a
4.85 ERA on the year.

JOHNSON
- We love to go against Randy Johnson
these days. His name alone keeps the price
down most of the time, but he's a shell of
his former self. He's 44 years old, and
can't imagine him playing much longer. He
held his own and did well to start the year
but the wheels fell off as he has lost 3
starts in a row with an ERA of 7.71

ULTIMATE FIGHTER 7
ODDS - ANALYSIS
- The first bout between CB
and Amir was pretty exciting, but it showed
huge gaps in both of their arsenals. CB
Dolloway's stand up needs some serious work.
He throws his punches hard , but he also
lets his hands flail and never brings his
fists back to his face/ leaving his chin
wide open for counter strikes

PINIELLA RETURNS TO
TAMPA - WILLIE RANDOLPH FIRED -
Very hard to pass up a team winning 63% of
their games when you can get them at +130 or
so. It's a long term winning proposition you

hot team, the surprising Devil Rays, but we
