Another superb Monday Night Football match-up is slated for the last Monday in
October. The Patriots visit Minnesota and face an improving Vikings club. New
England has won three in a row while the Vikings are coming off its big time
road win against Seattle. Just three losses combined between the two and they
have done just as well against the number, the Vikings 5-1 and the Patriots 4-2.
Both defenses come in with stellar units. The Patriots are allowing just 14
points and the Vikings 16. New England has not allowed 20 points in a game this
year and neither has Minnesota.
The last time these two teams met was in 2002, the Patriots coming away with a
24-17 victory. However prior to that the Vikings had won four of the last six.

Both defenses have done well to keep their scores low. Of the 12 games both have

their last seven.
The under speaks even louder after seeing that the Pats’ games have gone under
the last four games following an ATS win. Just as much, the under for the
Vikings is 6-1 in their last seven Monday games. Minnesota also seems to hit the
under when the dog, posting a 5-1 under in their last six as an underdog of
.0.5-3.0 points.
