NOTRE DAME VISITS USC - After a wonderful Michigan/Ohio State game, this week the BCS picture becomes even clearer when Notre Dame travels to Los Angeles to play USC. Both come in with one loss and still have aspirations to play Ohio State in the National Championship. The Irish are 4-0 away from South Bend while USC is undefeated in the Coliseum.   November 20, 2006 GIANTS-JAGS TRENDS - THE ROYAL POST- New York came into last week's game against the Bears missing five starters. The lack of depth eventually caught up to the Giants, as they blew a 10-point lead and lost 38-20. This Wisconsin team fields one of the better defenses in the country. They are only giving up 11.9 points per game and 246 rushing yards per game.   November 9, 2006 KEY RELEASE FOR THURSDAY RUTGERS/LOUISVILLE - There are still some lingering doubts about this Rutgers team, and rightly so. Let's face it, they have played a soft schedule. A good analogy would be the way Heavyweight fighter prospects are brought along. But in this game, it looks like the cat is out of the bag as far as playing a team yet to win. Here, the Chiefs have probably been the WORST team in the pre season. They have only scored 14 points, worst in the NFL and have given up 41. The Chiefs look terrible! Yet, they are a 3.5 point fav. WEEK 3 NFL PRE SEASON PICKS  - Here we are into week three already of the preseason. I have always been a believer in that week three is as close to a regular season game as you will get during these pretend games. I really think that is something to consider. Next week nobody is going to play. COLLEGE FOOTBALL LINES-There has already been some movement on the college football openers. Northwestern opened pick at CRIS and is now -3. South Carolina went from -7.5 to -6.
