WACHOVIA CHAMPIONSHIP ODDS
This week the PGA tOur heads to Charlotte, North Carolina for the Wachovia Championship without it’s headlining act – Tiger Woods. Tiger underwent arthroscopic knee surgery and will be out 4-6 weeks. Bad news for Tiger, great news for the rest of the players on the tOur as well as for bettors. Take Tiger Woods out of the equation and it’s a wide open Tournament which means possible big scores with long odds.
With Woods out of the picture, the players to watch are Jim Furyk at 16-1 odds Vijay Singh also at 16-1 odds. Both have had success and are past Wachovia Champions. Steve Stricker, who finished 2nd last year is listed at odds of 25-1.
