firepay credit backs delay cashout

Hello, I'm looking for an easy payout sportsbook and casino when I need to use my firepay account. It isn't as widely acceptable as neteller, so I like to be able to send any winnings on bets or poker to my prepaid atm or neteller account. Can anyone help me find the best place to join and wager with?
