Just a quick note about my recent experience with this place -- I'm definitely not a shill for them, in fact those of you that have seen my name in the past should remember me for giving all my props to WSEX. But anyway, made a small post up last month, ran it up over 1000 and requested a payout. The credit card-repay occurred in 3 days, and the cheque (drawn off US bank, which is VERY nice) came about a week later. So then I decided to repost, because they tend to have a slightly different line,especially in hockey. Called with my card and that went smoothly, but alas the next day my account still showed $0. I checked with my credit card company and they showed a "pending auhorization" of the same amount -- called sportsfanatik and the guy on the phone (perfect english)told me they had NO record of it, to get the details from my credit card and call back. So I did, this time a women with limited english skill picked up (groan) but when I explained it to her she seemed to grasp the situation and told me a supervisor would straighten things out. Not wanting to go off at this point I decided to wait and see. Later that day the full amount was credited to my account, and I had an email explanation/apology. That's pretty good service, in my book. This place might become one of my top online outs. Just my $.02
