We do not advertize at bettorworld just for the same reason. We think bettorsworld and Brian are tops at what the do, but we have to pass to better serve are clients.

This disclaimer allows you to renege on virtually any bet made on the internet. Doesn't exactly make me want to reach for my credit card.

The disclaimer is meant for sharp side players and the like. A regular player does not have to worry about this nor would in most cases know what the disclaimer meant. We have thousands have customers who use our on-line service no one, they play, they win, we pay, simple . We will not honor sharp side or syndicated action on the net, just over the phone, simple. So if you fall under this catagory then yes you should not use our internet service.

This is exactly the problem. Suppose I open an account, put in a bet for $1000 and win. Was that a sharp side play? My wife and kids spend any money I might win so loosely defined I am betting for a syndicate.Your disclaimer is ambiguous.I prefer to know the rules of the game before I make a bet rather than after.

I am in total agreement with RFD. I'm not part of any syndicate but I might like a game that they like and am waiting on the line to move. If it starts moving against me then I grab the number as fast as I can. Sometimes I might play a number that a syndicate is moving for middling purposes. When do I discover whether you're going to honor the bet? You guys are in a virtual dead heat with MAJESTIC SPORTSBOOK'S 20% "Bonus"(which is only paid to losers) for the most jacked-off policy of the year. Congratulations!!!!

I will try one last time to explain. We would never cancel a bet that a player made based on his intucitions, no matter who he follows. We take sharp action over the phone all the time, an not just for a dime or two. We just will not take any of that over the net. If you have checked out a program, you can bet over a dime, so guess what if you win you get paid. Over and Over we pay. For the last time any player we tries to say he is not syndicated, when in fact he is and then abuses are net services their plays will have no action. We are not talking about a dime player. if you guys know anything you should know syndicated players are stronger middlers than that. Trust me we are not NASA SPORTS INTERNATIONAL for nothing.
