Maybe a check would be my best guess... Dont know just use the cc.

just tell them it was a pre paid cc, it may take a bit longer as they will have to confirm it, but you should get paid

No matter how you paid, every place I've seen offers cashout's via check as an option. Usually they have a fairly high fee though ($50 or more)
