No....a push counts as a push, which is a step up from a loss.

If the game lands exactly on the spread it is a push or no action. If you have NE -7 over Miami and the final is NE 28 to 21 it's a push whether you played the favorite or the dog!

I am sure I'll get bashed for saying it, but how about in the future maybe make some sort of rule before the contest begins on how ties will be dealt with OR set all lines at half points to avoid the confusion of pushes.

It would also seem to me that if a guy has 4 wins, and another guy has 5 wins with 2 being pushes, the guy with 4 wins should be ahead of him should he not be??

not sure I follow what you're tryignt o say but I do know that these rules for this contest state the winner of this contest is the person with the most wins. period.
