Bertt didn't look comfortable in that last frigid game. I don't care what his record had been in cold games, when you get older who needs that? I know the purists will scoff, but important games should be played in decent conditions. Those conditions were ridiculous. You're not more a man just because you play football in the ice. It's stupid. If GB had a retractable dome, Brett might have stayed around another year. They don't play the Super Bowl in lousy weather at the home field of the team with the best record. There you go.
Like the World Series in November. Baseball is a summer game. It's a whole different game if it's cold and damp in November. Why decide a champion under conditions that are so foreign to what you just played the last 162+ games in? Stupid.
