I saw Woodee mention his dislike of interleague play from a a betting standpoint. There are plenty of bettors that would agree. But that doesn't mean interleague isn't beatable. The pros, of which there are very few, will tell you just the opposite.
As a matter of fact, the pros lick their chops when interleague comes along. They will tell you that the oddsmakers like Kenny White (like so many bettors) are so far behind them when it comes to interleague baseball that it's like taking candy from a baby. Like stealing.
The trick is to figure it out.
I would venture to guess, if you dedicated a ton of time and effort to interleague and interleague only, and did some off season study, you could do quite well.
