  • Different softwares for contests?

    Jeff,

Looks like a great lineup of contests again this year.

On the Contest Central page, the contests refer to the software for the contest. How many different softwares are there?

I think I see two? - "Bettorsworld" software (the one being used right now for the NFL) and the "FSM" software (the one to be used for a couple of the other contests)?

    Is this correct?

There are four football contests that use some kind of software:

    preseason NFL - Bettorsworld?
    FSM NFL - FSM?
    FSM NCAA - FSM?
    Gibraltar's NCAA - ???

I am playing the preseason NFL one right now, but I can't log into any of the others with the userID and password I use for that one. Do I need separate accounts for all of them? Some of them?

Thanks for your help. If anyone else can explain it to me, feel free to respond.

    Bump.

Anyone else can also feel free to chime in if you've got a handle on it.

There's two programs for contests. The Free Sports Monitor, and the bworld contest software (which is another version of the fsm software)

You need to register seperately for each. You can use your forum name or you can make one up, but you have to register seperately.

Thanks, Jeff - I guess I was on the right track. Looking forward to it.

            What does this mean?

"Your registration could not be completed.
We're sorry, but you are only allowed one username."

I tried to set up a FSM account... I tried using my forum name, then I tried using a completely different name.

Does it mean I already have one from a previous contest?

If so, I can't remember it. How can I get my username/password back?

Should I send an email using the feeback form to [email protected]?

            Thanks in advance.
