    8pm ET
New York Knicks @ Memphis Grizzlies

We'll lay the wood tonight and go with the Memphis Grizzlies to get back on track with a home win and cover against the New York Knicks.

The Grizzlies have lost three straight to drop back to 15-13 SU and ATS. But those losses have come on the road against terrific home teams in Sacramento, Denver and New Orleans. The Knicks are nowhere near the same class as those three teams and they must now face a Memphis squad fired up by three straight losses. There have been two other occasions this season when the Grizzlies have lost three straight games and both times they responded with excellent performances. They were 7 point dogs when they hosted the LA Lakers and actually won that game outright by 10 points and they also responded to three straight losses in late November by posting a 7 point road win at Cleveland.

Memphis has won six straight at home beating the Heat by 6 points, the Kings by 5, the Nets by 47, the Hawks by 13, the Blazers by 14 and the Wizards by 15. They will be well rested for this one having not played since the Kings game Tuesday which was their fourth game in five nights.

The Knicks are just 10-19 SU overall this season but have performed OK for their backers at 15-12 ATS. But they have struggled on the highway going just 1-5-1 ATS their last seven road games and losing every one of those games by at least 6 points. There are doubts surrounding the future of many players and staff and new president Isiah Thomas has refused to guarantee coach Chaney's position.

So tonight we have a poor road team against an excellent and highly motivated home team. Memphis will definitely win this game straight-up but more importantly for ATS bettors we're forecasting a double-digit victory.
