    8.35pm ET
Sacramento Kings @ San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs go for their tenth straight home win tonight when they host the Sacramento Kings.

The reigning World Champion Spurs have won nine straight at the SBC Center by an average of almost 16 points per game. Their victims during this stretch are the Timberwolves, Pistons, Mavericks, Cavaliers, Suns, Celtics, Warriors, Clippers and Sonics. The Spurs last eight home wins have all been by at least eight points so we're happy to lay the 6 1/2 points tonight.

Sacramento are still struggling to adjust to the inclusion of Chris Webber in their line-up. Since his return they are 9-6 SU (.600) which compares less than favorably with their 43-15 (.741) record during his absence. And more importantly for bettors the Kings are a bankroll-busting 5-10 ATS since Webber's return. The All-Star forward has shot just 35% from the field in his last four games.

Last time out Sacramento were 15 point home favorite's against the lowly Washington Wizards and needed a strong fourth quarter run to win 100-92. The Kings have a number of injury problems right now. Vlade Divac missed the Wizards game due to a stomach virus and may not be at his best tonight. Bobby Jackson has missed games recently due to a strained abdominal muscle and Brad Miller has an elbow problem that has limited him to just six points and 11 rebounds in his last two games.

The Kings are just 1-4 SU and ATS in their last five road games and that spells trouble against a dominant home team like San Antonio. Overall this season the Spurs are outscoring opponents by an average of 10.6 ppg at home while the Kings have just a 0.7 ppg differential on the road.

Sometimes we worry too much about who we think is going to cover when really it's best to keep things simple....the stats show that SU winners cover the spread at an 84% clip.

The Spurs are 7-3 ATS in recent meetings and we'll take them to win and cover again tonight.
