75 Days till kick-off

Ok, its time to start makin some noise in this thread damit!!!!! How do ya guys expect Jeff to "hustle" the sports books for some major prize loot in the contest if this tread has mediocre response......i should be seeing a bunch of posts, especially from the guys that have won and collected loot the past 2 years.......All you "Silent Sams" who like to run with the BIG DOGS from this thread on Football saturdays should be running the score up on the number of views as well......by kick off Sat this thread should have at LEAST 50,000 views...........i want the BEST college cappers on the net to come to this contest and get there azz whuped by ME this season LOL.

I use my wifes sophisticated system. She won't tell me exactly what the formula is, but I know it has something to do with the color of the jerseys, the teams nickname, and who looks better in the tight pants.

That's the spirit Woodee, and it's nice to see "Papa" chomping at the bit as well.......Looks like everybody's geared up and ready to go for the best time of year......Heck, after two long months of watching all of these pitiful baseball picks, I'd welcome a basket weaving contest at this point.........Good Luck to all this year.......By the way, speaking of baseball......I finally figured out why they refer to relief pitchers in baseball as "Closers".......It's because the only thing they can close is your bank account !!!!!!

2006 Playerz Ball Rulez

Please read and study these rules carfully........they have been in effect for 2 years now...........I am not trying to hear any Lame questions this season Puleazzzzzzz. If anyone has the link to the USA today Odds, please post for all the cheapo's who don't wanna buy the newspaper!



Official Rules:

1. Players in this contest will post one pick per week using the line listed in the respective Weekend edition of the USA today…..SIDES ONLY. If more than one pick is posted the first pick will be used. Editing picks will not be allowed. Once your pick is posted it is official. Saturday games ONLY!!!!!

2. Sides ONLY!!! Picks MUST be posted by 11:00am (EST) on Game day Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS !

3. The contest will run from Sept 2th (Labor Day Weekend) thru Nov 25th (Thanksgiving Weekend). Any tie breaker will be decided by the SEC championship game in Atlanta on Dec 2nd.

4. Wins, loses and ties will be recorded and posted on the following Tuesday.

5. Not posting a pick will be counted as a loss.

6. Miss any combination of Three (3) Weeks of not posting a pick and you are OUT of the contest.

7. Players will "NOT" be allowed in after week #2.

9. If you come in on week #2, week #1 will be counted as a loss.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAME OF THE WEEK CONTEST

POTENTIAL 15K IN PRIZES!!



The COLLEGE FOOTBALL game of the week handicapping contest is just like the NFL game of the week contest. The contest is simple. Pick ONE COLLEGE FOOTBALL game per week, against the spread. The winner is the contestant with the most wins at the end of the year. The contest runs right thru the last regular season college game in December.

This contest is held in our main Bookies Hell posting forum. Picks are posted in the appropriate thread each week, and standings are generally posted on Tuesdays.

This contest is not only popular to participate in, but also very popular among those looking for quality free picks. Like the NFL contest, the reason for this is very simple. There's some great handicappers in this contest, and each week, you're getting their very best play!

The prizes for this contest are as follows :

1ST PLACE - $350

2ND PLACE - $200

3RD PLACE - $125

4TH PLACE - $75

5TH PLACE - $50

We're also going to sweeten the pot this year. Bettorsworld once again has a team entered in the Hilton Contest in Las Vegas. The 1st place prize last year in this contest was over $200,000 and was won by an internet sites posting forum! So, not only will Bettorsworld have a team in the contest, but we will donate our portion (1/5th of the prize) of any prize money to the NFL GAME OF THE WEEK contest to be divided among the winners. (top 10 finishers)\

Distributed as follows :
