Anybody else like the over in this game? Seems like both teams have given up alot of points to any decent to good scoring teams.

I kind of like the Under just from a contrarion viewpoint.
A very large percentage of the wagers taken on the total in this game have been on the over......87% at Sportsbook.com....yet the number has actually moved down slightly from the opener, which can be an indication of sharper action the other way.
But I also can't get that Oklahoma State game out of my head where Texas looked like they couldn't stop a Pop Warner team......

That's true Woodee.....as a matter of fact, if you take away Oregon State, Oregon and USC, the average score of Ariz St games was 32-14.
16 of the 24 games these two played this year went under 62 points.
The flip side to that though, is that those three were the 3 best teams they played this year.
Guess it depends where you want to put Texas...with the best 3, or with the rest of the schedule.
If I played it, it would be more of an against the public play than a play using the numbers above.

I guess I was way off on theat Under. Worst thing is I switched and played ASU right at the end too after seeing a couple strong cappers on ASU.
Plan was to play Texas all week.
Double loss and my hoops sucked too.
In one of those funks where it may be best to step back for a bit.
You ever feel like you should start picking opposite of the side you play?

Hey Woodee, I circled Texas early and switched to ASU as well. I bet the over and then teased ASU 8 1/2 to the over. Texas had won their bowl games but hadn't beat anyone by more than 8 in quite awhile. We have to stick to our gut impression, as well as everyone. Sometimes we all tend to over analyze. I thought Texas we beat them handily and they did. ASU really looked pitiful. Good luck to you.
