Hey Mr. dragon 1952, are you still up to keeping the scores for the college bowl contest this year. If yes, I'll post the odds. I suggest to use the LV Hilton odds which are more current than the USA opening lines which have already changed substantially.

Do you just want sides or are you up to the over/under also? You make the rules.

Let me know and I'll post the Dec. 19 contest (s) odds later today and subsequent odds the day before the other scheduled bowl contests.

Yes, I can keep score. Those lines are OK with me. Do they update or are they opening lines? Also, since this is going to be late notice for everyone, I'm thinking we should start with the Tuesday, Dec 22 games so everyone has a chance to see this? I'll look up the rules we used for last year and get back to you.

This year's starting Bowl Game Schedule up to X-MAS EVE (Dec. 24)

Dec. 19 - 2 games
Dec. 20 - 1 game
Dec. 22 - 1 game
Dec. 23 - 1 game
Dec. 24 - 1 game

My opinion only: Suggest start with Dec. 20 Bowl game since most folks will be posting their Dec. 20th NFL picks and checking the NFL selections of the contest leaders. Hilton spreads are updated throughut the day up to game time. However, since a cutoff time is required would use the posted Hilton spreads which would be posted 24 - 36 hours before kickoff of first scheduled bowl game of the day.


FYI: Here's Last Year's College Bowl Contest Rules
1) Pick SIDES ONLY!!! No totals.
2) Dec 20th thru Dec 31st Bowl games are worth 1 point each
3) Jan 1st thru Jan 6th games are worth 2 points each
4) The BCS Championship Game on Jan 8th will be worth 3 points
5) All ties will be worth 1/2 point regardless of when the game is played!!!
6) The tiebreaker will be the total on the BCS Championship Game
7) Games and lines will be posted 1-2 days prior to their scheduled start date
8) All picks must be in prior to the scheduled start of the FIRST GAME that will be played on that day. PLEASE READ THIS RULE CAREFULLY!!! This is for ease of scorekeeping.

Will start the Bettorsworld College Bowl 2009-10 contest with the Dec. 20th New Orleans Bowl. Kickoff is at 8:30 pm EST/5:30 pm PST.

LV Hilton line (side only) for the game will be posted tomorrow morning (Dec. 19th) with above instructions revised to reflect the current Bowl season dates.

dragon 1952 will maintain the scores and standings.
