I know you are the big ten guy on this site. Just curious, How will the wildcats and vols hold up. I don't know anything about the hoops, but I like Mich st. and the wildcats. I think one or both will be in the finals. Again, I know nothing about the hoops and just going by my wagering priciples alone. Man, Duke is hard not to take because of their coaching experience at this point. My final 4, Kentucky, Duke, Butler, and Mich st. The winner of Kentucky and Duke winning it all. Kentucky or Duke haven't had a challenge yet. Thus, I like one of them to win it all. Obviously, I'm an sec fan and am pulling for the cats. But I also like the way Mich st. is playing. What are your thoughts? I have no arguments either way. If I had to take a game, I would take the Spartans against the Vols. Just a guys opinion who knows nothing about basketball. Great call on Butler a school just to my east in Indiana
I follow them alot

You asked about MICH ST and TN

Let me give you my thoughts. When I look at the
numbers these two teams are almost identical in
each stat of the game.

TN plays a long and lanky defense and a superior
rebounding team, the rebounding part comes because
they pack it inside with some battle ships.

TN beat KY this year so that says something to
the skill level this team has. TN will play 10 deep
from the bench, And each player they launch onto
the floor is another hungry talented player.

The only real weakness I see in TN is Free Throw Shooting
not a good team at the charity stripe. This can cost a
good team in a tight game.

A Look at Michigan State

One word Injured. Playing without Kalin Lucas
and a banged up bunch coming to play Big 10
basketball.

Since Lucas went down State has really become
a extra clamp down defensive team. They are strong
inside on offense.

Great Head Coach Izzo who always works his magic
in the tourney.

I have watched Michigan State all year every move
they make, and they are limping into this game
on 6 cylinders.

As much as I would like to see Michigan State win this
game and they just might the spread is only TN -1.5
I have to think State just might be out of gas.

They sure looked tired last game especially at the end

Wow, I've been on the honeydo list today and haven't followed the games much. Last I saw, Butler had won and Kentucky was winning. What the hell happened to the cats.? Man, glad I don't wager on this stuff anymore. Again, knew you followed the hoops and wanted some insight. I guess I will pull for the vols for the same reason you will pull for the Spartans. I have to go with Tenny here as well.

Michigan State was pretty close to losing to UNI, if UNI did not go ice cold for about 4 minutes. I think the injuries catch up with them today.

Public is on Tenny which scares me, but I think UT is the call in a grind it out type of game.

No matter who you were for, Great game!!!! Like I said earlier, I don't Know much about basketball. Love the tournament though. Usually the secs only chance is Kentucky. Man, didn't watch the game but thought they would get by that one.(congrats mountanineer fans)
So had nobody left except the Vols. Great game, could have went either way. Will pull for the Spartans. Still for some reason think Duke, only because of the Coaching experience has the upper hand. Good luck to all the wager on this crazy sport. I frankly don't have enough blood pressure medicine to do so!!!
