Sorry for the constant posts on the Alabama crap!! Dragon had it right on his post "did we do a little drinking last night" Answer, hell yes and drinking now!! Keep watching the replay of Texas and Bama. Look, I do think Bama will be great next year and it will be hard to beat them. Just riding the wave from last year. Maybe most don't understand but we love our football here and we are used to being pretty damn good. We haven't won one since 92 and this year was special.
Again, I do think they will be in the running again next year. Way too much talent returning. But no offense(carpet), he thought that about the Illini and look what happened to them. So I know anything can happen, but they are going to be good!!
My whole point to this post is to not pay any attention to any post I make after 1100 I promise you the beverages have kicked in!!

expecially on the SEC.

You did bring up Illinois as a comparison of seeing
all the pieces of a puzzle, loaded with talent and then
none of it fits, correctly so. When Illinois brought in
a new OC Mike Shultz from TCU he completly went away
from Juice Williams strength and it stopped the offense

Illinois has hired some excellent assistant coaches
at key spots and after 4 days of practice I have seen
a whole new level of toughness surface

Illinois has 3 excellent young QB's , 2 are more of a
Pro Style QB with a arm, and the 3rd is extremly mobile
It looks to me that Illinois is going back to the huddle
on offense, coach petrino from AK wants to give the
ball the the beast as he calls it and the huddle allows
them to talk.

Should be a great season, Zook on the Hook, a ton of
talent and some new coaches,

Thanks, both Dragon and Carpet, Man, I would have believed the Illini with the talent returning that year would have not only won the big ten, but have also been in contention for the national championship!!! Way too much talent!! Bottom line they stunk!!! I'm way too high on Bama and I Know they have one of the toughest schedules I've ever seen in the sec. Who knows, maybe they will lay an egg!!! Don't ANYONE THAT ONCE BELIEVED IN ME BELIEVE IT!!! They are going to ROLL!!!!!!!! I hope!!!!!!! lol!!!
