Any Redskin Fans/Experts out there?

Was looking at some futures and think the redskins is the best line out there.

Its currently 7.5 at most books, -110.

I buzzed thru their schedule and only see 7 wins, at most.

Anybody follow the Skins close enough to get me an unbiased opinion.

And if McNabb goes out which may happen at some point, the under is looking even sweeter.

The only reason I can see that it is that high is because of Shanahan. The Skins
don't have an established left tackle. Portis, Johnson, etc. don't offer any explosivness or variety. What else? No big play potential on Defense. They had the 10th overall defense last year, but didn't have any one player with more than 4 Ints.
If I can think of anything else I'll let you know.

The NFC East is about grinding it out. No big play on defense is the norm. Big play, big risk there. 7.5 over/under is close but from my evaluation (not biased of course) look at the last game of the preseason and see how long they leave the starting offensive line in. If they are gone by the second quarter then take the over. You see them in the second half take the under. Just a humble hogs opinion.

Good point about the defense, betaalum. I just see no "spark" on the Skins
right now. I also see them wearing down as the season goes on. Also, McNabb
could start to force things if the O just grinds along. No one is willing to let this
team bottom out, if that makes sense.

Agree, you get Haynesworth and basically bank on him to revive the D and he, well becomes THE HAYNESWORTH THAT WE HATED AT TENNESSEE. Now after he basically defaced the Cowboys center(which I was at that game) he grew into a force for the Titans... I think the old Haysworth is back and the Redskins will suffer for it.. Again, I stink at the pros so what the hell do I know!!

Hey i'm a skin fan and pro capper with my own handicapping service.
With an unbiased opinion honestly, the redskins will win over 7 games this year, as I strongly believe they will reach the playoffs. The addition of mcnabb, shanahan and larry johnson to that offense is crucial as they have always had a very strong defence and a complete lack of offense. With the addition of a very intellectual coach and an excellent qb along with a former pro-bowler of moss at WR, the offense will click. Redskins will win 10 games.
