    gimme california + 19.5

California has won every home game this year by at least 4 TDS. They have beaten Oregon 3 straight times at home. I know Oregon has been great this season but I really think Cal can hang with them at home. If this game was on the road, Oregon could probably name the score, but its at Cal and they are a different animal here. I was looking ahead to Oregon's schedule a few weeks ago and was trying to figure when and where they might stumble... I think they stumble here. Look for the golden bears to upset the ducks this week.

SOUTH FLORIDA + 3 VS. LOUISVILLE

This game is being played in Louisville and that's the only reason they're favored here.........Although Cardinals starting QB Adam Froman will probably play, he and RB Bilal Powell are still hurting pretty good.........Backup QB Justin Burke filled in last week and did well against Syracuse, but if he has to start again in this spot -- he could be in for a rude awakening against a tougher So. Florida defense.........Let's go with the Bulls in a mild road upset.
      ;)

You may not know that Cal QB Kevin Riley is gone for the season and with backup QB Mansion they barely beat a pathetic Washington St team last week. Mansion's numbers 12 of 24 for 171 yds, 0 TD's and 2 INT's. Cal only gained 383 yds against a defense allowing 480 yds per game. Cal also has what is usually the biggest game of the year on tap against their cross the bay rival Stanford, the annual battle for the Stanford Axe. I don't think they even cover vs Oregon.

Boone, This is just my opinion... I really believe Georgia will give Auburn hell this week.. I think the line is inflated some and Georgia will score points against an Auburn defense that I see as just so so. On the flip side Auburn can certainly put up some points on Georgia. I do think that AU will win but by less than a TD. Now, I haven't been up to par on my sec picks this season so don't bet the house on it by any means. I just don't believe a number one team gives up as many points as Auburn is doing... Good luck Boone.

RR, I think we are in good shape with this play. I look for Cal to jump out right away on Oregon, so I'm taking a little of the 1st half line also. My book hasn't put out the 1st half line yet, but look for it to be about 12 or 13. Good luck with the South Carolina play. I was leaning on the other side but probably won't play it.

Dragon, yes... I was aware that Mansion was starting instead of Riley. IMO Riley turned it over way too much for my liking so Cal might be better off with Mansion starting. Even though Cal "only" gained 383 yards last week against the pathetic Cougars, they still outgained them by around 200 yards. My main reason for taking Cal is their home record over the last 2 or 3 years. Look at their home and road splits... they are like Jekyll and Hyde. I saw a stat before they played Arizona State at home this year... they were like 13-2 ATS last 15 at home... or something similar. Then they went out and blasted ASU 50-17 as 3 point favorites. You could very well be right and Oregon may cover, but I think the line is WAY off and I will be all over Cal. Good luck with your plays this week.

I'll go with Notre Dame +5 vs Utah, despite the injuries. Utah has had an extremely easy schedule and just had their biggest game of the year last week vs TCU, plus they've got 2 more conference games on deck. I think this is a really bad spot for them. Also, ND needs to win if they want to go to a bowl game.

                              Rutgers + 3 vs Syracuse

I like Rutgers defense only allowing 71 yards rushing a game, and the passing game of Cuse is not that great Louiville exposed that, they are 6-2 look beyond that.

Rutgers has scored 21 points in each of the last 4 games on offense.

This is going to be a Dog Fight and I love the Home Dog

The home team is 10-2 ATS in the last 12 meetings
