  • Anybody on Bases tonight?

I like Under 7.5 for Stl at Philly

    Lohse/Holliday
Should be a playoff type game equalling low scoring.

    some numbers:
Lohse era 3.62, 2.65 over last 3 games
Holliday era 2.34, 1.12 over his last 3
Home plate Emmel is 12-9 under on the year
Philly and Stl have combined 15-5 Under over their last 10 games
    good luck

Good to see you back here Garister.....I like the SAN DIEGO PADRES tonight at a +104.......The Rockies are really staggering to the wire now, and it looks like Tulo might not even suit up for this one...........Was looking for another team to parlay, but not too much to choose from tonight.

I'll play straight on the Padres, and a small parlay to your Under play...Good Luck !!

I am not on any baseball games tonight but have a question for you all.

The Cards are 3.5 behind Atlanta in the wild card race. Do you thing they might catch Atlanta and secure a playoff position?

Also if St louis cathes atlanta and they end in a tie, would there be a one game playoff?

Carpet -- It's pretty hard to envision Atlanta blowing a 3 1/2 game lead with only 9 to play......but they ARE struggling to the finish.....If this were a horse race, they would be that tired horse in the stretch that isn't responding to the whip !!!........But stranger things have happened, and the Cards AND Giants (won 8 in a row) are both hot, so who knows.

Yes, there would be a one-game playoff, and a coin-flip usually decides who would get the home-field advantage......This may have alreaady taken place......I'll check.

Thanks for your response, I am feeling that the cards will find a way in

I am rooting for stl to make it and Tampa Bay, I like to see teams come from nowhere and make it. Plus it makes games more meaningful if they are pushed.Good Luck tonight guys.
            good luck

I wouldlove STL to come back but I don't think it will happen...I watched them all year and hot or not, their bullpen is the problem. may get close but Atlanta will squeak it out!

              That being said...

              Tuesday night:

Braves -105 over Florida...bounce back and Delgado is a good pitcher epecially against teams that have not seen him yet.

Mets +160 over STL...Mets have played the cards tough all year and a bet of a let down here I think for STL coming back home. Had to really step it up in philly to beat those guys and emotion may be flat today.

Rays +140 over NYY...who do you think the Yanks would like to see out of the Playoff race?

White Sox -110 over Cleveland...game 2. Just the Dh rule of most end in splits. CWS have already lost game 1 this afternoon.

Looks like great picks to me, but ATL first 5 Innings seems safer since their pen has gone to shit.

Cards have lost the next game after a series against a team in playoff position in september, They lost after playing Mil and ATL could this be number 3?

Rays got a great shot at beating Bombers, they are hot and playoffs lives are on the line for them, they definitely have more motivation to win.

another 1 I like for the same reason as the rays SF as a dog, Kershaw has been dominate but he is trying to go 5-0 VS SF in 1 season a feet never been done before, Linsecum hasnt beaten them yet this year, trends that could get snapped.
                good luck
