Last week I ended up taking GBay and NYJ. We are down to 107 people. We have to lose 48 by next week or we will have to pick 2. I don't see it happening. I am pretty sure most of the people will be split between Seattle and TBay. I don't see Seattle losing. I am thinking about using TBay over Phil because week 15 is brutal especially picking 2. Seattle plays Buffalo in Toronto, so I am wanting to save them to use next week. I just have a really bad feeling about the TBay over Phil game. TBay is sporadic and haven't really beaten any good teams this year. Phil scored their most points of the season last week and are really just a bunch of young guys playing football to win a spot next year, no pressure or drama there anymore. Does anyone agree with me that this is a dangerous game? I need some input!!

Hey Wiscy! Continued success with your pool, rooting for you! OK, once again a grain of salt here First off, I'm at 13-0 in the Fox survivor, lucky to have SF available to me this week, otherwise I am sure the pick for me would be SEATTLE. I am looking ahead to saving Seattle for wk#17 vs StLouis. You hit on a good point with that Phil/TB game. Who is going to show up? Crap shoot. I have that game along with the Minny, and the Jax game as upset specials this week. But depends on your options for this week. TBay is 2nd choice on the Fox site after Seattle 28% and TB 13%, Indy then Clev round out top 4. So not sure other ones available to you this week if don't take TB? Next week I have Washington selected, but considering Miami. They are 2nd and 3rd choices after NO. Seattle next week not being looked at by much just 2%, but appears they should be favored by 6-7 depending how this weekend goes. Week#16 I am using INDY vs KC, they are 2nd choice behind TBay home to StL. Car vs Oak a popular choice that week too. Finally, as I mentioned at the top wk#17 I am saving my Seattle pick, currently top choice with NO and TN next inline. You may find that Fox survivor site interesting, as it gives %'s selected, and predictions for scores of games by their computer all the way thru end of season. GL my man!

I like Seattloe too. I was juts breaking down this game for my hilton picks and trying to find a reason to take Arizona +10. I cannot find one. Seattle is great at home and although I feel they are a little over-valued laying 10 from the win at Chicago last week, I think SU, it is one of the better picks on the board.

TB should win too, but you never know when Philly may put a good game together either.

Oldluds, If I were you, I would definitely consider switching your SF and Seat picks. Seat this week and SF week 17 against Ariz. SF should still be battling Seat for the division. Seat will have both starting cb's out for that last game. I think they both roll Ariz easily. SF should be the highest lined game for that week. It just doesn't show in the percentages because most people will have already used them.

Very much appreciated insight my friend. I will take a closer look at that. But on the cover, that sounds like the route for me to go. Thank you!

What is the prize for that contest? How many people are left?

0 loss pool- 1st-$2000 2nd-5th-$250@, then smaller amounts for 1 loss thru 3 loss pools. And to answer your amount left question, wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too early to be thinking about. Set up by Fan of groups, I'm in the Packer group 1516 entries, 20 of us left with 0 losses. So my guess is maybe in the 600 range left. Maybe if I survive another week, I might actually check that out Anyway, after week 17, all the remaining entrants for each loss pool enter playoff survivor. You pick one survivor each week of the playoffs, not being able to use same one again for rest of the playoffs. I find that an interesting way to do it. So it's been fun, and doesn't cost anything. I do dozens of contests each week, some pay, some just for play. BTW I am taking your suggestion and switching my SF and Seattle piks around. It is sound advice, thanks again.

Philly looks fairly decent on offense with Foles and Bryce Brown. Tampa has one of the worst pass D's so yeah that game's a little scary. Arizona has announced that Skelton will QB vs Seattle so that gives them an upgrade but Seattle should still win although maybe not by 10.

I would love to use Seat, but I don't see us falling below the number to have to make 2 picks next week. Like I said next week is crazy and I think Seat over Buff on a neutral field in Toronto is a strong pick next week. Buffalo's starting center and left tackle are out for 2-4 weeks. They only have one backup left and have to sign some guys for the o-line.
