Hey CBB gurus..... Been busy myself lately, been reading tho. I've adjusted my betting strategy a bit lately for BB. Previously playing too many games, straights and parlays, to really come out ahead. True, I usually avoid a huge loss by balancing out some, but trying to narrow down to a game or two I really like, and everyones opinions that give them here added to that scenario. With that being said, my previous largest star* rating has been a 4 (out of 5), and thankfully hit. Tonite I go a little larger, 4 1/2 stars on Butler +2.5 at St Louis. Butler has been good to me this year, and even tho these conference games play tough, I see the Bulldogs several points better than the Billikins. So getting 2 1/2 an added sweetner. That is my only play tonite. Good Luck gentlemen, and as I usually like to say, tread lightly on my selections, as I don't use all the variables like some of our more astute cappers I.E. Carpet, and Taxman
Butler + 2.5 at St Louis

I really like your Butler pick that game jumped right off the Carpets Floor as a game to take

    BUTLER +2.5

    Michigan State -8.5 vs Illinois

The Spartans inside strength will be the difference in this game. Illinois has lost 5 straight at the Breslin center by an average of 7.2 points. Also the last 10 games have been decided by 10 or less points.

I look for this to be a slug fest with Michigan State winning 68-64 so I am laying with Illinois to keep this close and cover the spread.

      ULA-La -1 over N. Texas.
La-la has had a week off following a loss to a hot (at the time) Fla. Int.
team and they already have a win over N. Texas this season.

80 -75 Illinois covers I had this game pegged at 4 points. I Really like what I saw with Illinois tonight they are improving as they lose.

This Illinois team is getting better as the season goes on and the new coach John Groce sees it.

Well it figures, the way their season is going,
the Illini hang tough. Nice win Carpet.
I will follow, but I'm staying away from them as a betting prop right now.

Nice call on the Illini Carpet! Also Krichinsky on the UL La blowout of N Texas. Geez, I picked a fine day to only bet one game. I admit I usually like playing some on ya'alls selections, at least tied in with parlays. But I stuck to my "new" strategy of finding one game I REALLY liked, and laying a bit larger down. Back to the drawing board Again, great tips you guys, keep that stuff comin'
