  • Monday Night Football - Denver @ Cincinatti

Denver is currently a -3 to -3.5 point favorite with a total 47 - 48 depending on the book.

Denver can win home field advantage throughout the playoffs by winning their final 2 games and with a New England loss next week vs Buffalo.
Considering NE could have easily lost to the Jets this week that possibility is not that far-fetched.
Cincy has an outside chance at the 2nd seed in the AFC but would need to win against Denver and @ Pittsburgh next week, in addition to Denver
losing at home to Oakland next week...pretty unlikely.
The more important game for Cincy is actually next week's game @ Pittsburgh because, win or lose tonite, they can still win the division with a win @ Pit.
And even if they lose both remaining games they can still make the playoffs as a WC with a S.D. or Baltimore loss.
Cincy is coming off of 2 division games and looking at a 3rd next week. I think it's a bad spot to be facing an elite team. And speaking of elite teams,
the only 2 games Cincy has faced this year in the same category as Denver were New England, a 43-17 loss, and Indianapolis,a 27-0 loss.
Denver has been playing more conservative the past few games but, even so, they have still won by 13, 7 and 12 and with both road games being
    by double-digits.
Dalton is so inconsistent you never can bet on which QB will show up. And I think Denver can keep the running game from being too much of a factor.
Denver's got a much better match-up for their running game and with CJ rolling I think they win and cover 3 points.

I'm playing a 6.5 pt teaser taking Den +3 and OV 41 and also a parlay taking Den -3 and OV 47 (bought the hook on both).
Good luck to everyone! Should be a good game.

Do we need to look at Peyton being a bit banged up? Who is Denvers backup as he will come into play.

I don't think he's any more banged up than he has been the past few games.
