The Sports Betting Event of the Decade

    By Who2beton Staff Writer,

For the sports betting industry, it’s going to be ‘The Event of the Decade’ as 30 world-class, competing handicappers huddle together to share their wisdom during the first-ever Sports Betting Festival, held in Las Vegas’ Bally's Sportsbook and Casino, August 22-24.

It’s a ‘who’s who’ gathering, as the top handicappers and gambling minds from Who2beton, Don Best, Marc Lawrence, E-Capper, Free Picks By Email, Buzz Daly, Bodog and more share their insights, tips and strategies learned from years of working in every area of the sports betting industry.

“It’s simply going to be a monster weekend,” says Lawrence ‘The Prez’ Prezman, event organizer and head honcho for Who2beton. “This is a must-attend event for anyone interested in sports betting, as you are guaranteed to walk away knowing more than when you came. Plus you get to rub shoulders with some of the top names in the business during all our social events. And Saturday night’s party is going to be a total blowout.”

The weekend is tailored specifically for sports gamblers and handicappers, with numerous seminars and workshops designed to help bettors ‘go to war’ with their sportsbooks. Included in the package is over $500 in free sports betting information, including Pay Picks, as well as Don Best’s Platinum Service.

On tap Saturday afternoon are four keynote speakers: Marc Lawrence, Lawrence 'The Prez' Prezman, Jimmy Vaccaro, and BoDog president Rob Gillespie. Workshops begin that morning, drawing from 24 experts, including: Buzz Daly, Larry Ness, Marc Lawrence Jr, Johnny Detroit, Dr. Edwin Meyer, Marcus Langdon, Marco D'Angelo, Greg Daraban and more. Topics cover everything from trends, statistics and various handicapping tips to money management strategies, line shopping and using the Internet.

Now of course this is Vegas, and no weekend would be complete without some nightlife. And this is no different with the Sports Betting Festival. The first of two parties is held Friday night at Bally’s, while the culmination of the festival is held Saturday night at Jaguars Men’s Cabaret with an ‘all you can drink, eat and…wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more, say no more’ evening.

“And if there are any handicappers interesting in getting involved or in speaking, get a hold of me directly. I’ll set you up,” says Prezman.

Costs for the whole festival, including two night’s accommodations at Bally’s, dinners and drinks, and the Jaguars party, are as low as $325 per person.
