(Leiter/Hampton) Mets are 8-1 under in their last 9 games for alot of reasons. As a team their hitting just .245 against lefties this year but just .135 in the last 10 games, but their pitching has been spectacular over that stretch with a 2.29 team era last 10! Leiter is 1-2 3.18 era last 3 but carries a career 2.94 era against Atlanta. Hampton has really come around lately and the Braves have gone 9-1 in his last 10 starts and he's 3-0 2.38 in his last 3, he carries a career 2.26 era into today's game against NY and he's 1-1 1.38 era against them this year. Home plate ump Tschida is 7-3 under in his last 10 games. Braves are hitting just .256 as a team last 10 games and this one has all the earmarks of an under.
