Can Someone Explain My Parlay Card

I made a bet in town 10 for 10 teams for $2 it pays out $1,698. It looks like this -->

Dolphins +4.5
Bengals -3.5
Bills -3.5
Seahawks +3.5

I asked the guy at the counter and he said if i bet on - Minus im betting that team has to win. He said the + Plus means they can win or lose by the point speard.

I just wanna know if this was correct before i drive into town and waste $10 in gas.

Well, if you bet the minus, your team has to win by more than that amount. If you bet the plus, you ADD that amount to your teams final score.

So........


Dolphins +4.5 WINNER
Bengals -3.5 WINNER
Bills -3.5 WINNER
Seahawks +3.5 LOSER
