Now today this opportunity is present
as Illinois moves to the title game as a
7 point dog
Just how Illinois gets this done playing
4 games in 4 days is beyond me playing 7 ranked
Wisky
Wisky beat a very determined team Mich State
today and really shouldnt have, they won without
the A Game.....
These 2 teams ILLINI and WISKY have played twice this year Wisky winning by 10 and 14 points.
Here is what I will tell you that I know.....
This Illinois team is really playing some great
Defense, they are feeding off the Defense to
create Offense.
The Seniors for Illinois 2 veteran players
Shaun Pruitt, and Brian Randle dont want to
make this the last game..
Youngsters from Jeffrey Jordan (Michaels Son)
to Detremi Mccamey are starting to gather
confidence.........and that is huge.....
Illinois is No Wisconsin in terms of level
of play, Wisky is far superior .......
Wisky will struggle with a in your grill
Defense, Michigan State put the d right in
the badgers grill today and kept it close.
When I look at all the Stats, it shows me
that Wisky should walk away with this game.
But something is happening in a land deep
in the heart of Illinois, an intangible.......
This team has suddenly learned they can win close
games.......
Illinois has either led or been tied at half this year
in every game they have played. It is only now
that this team has learned they can win close games
and how to.
Illinois is inept, brutal to watch and on and on
I have got to stay with Illinois in this game
to keep it within 7 , infact I have got this
feeling that Illinois may pull off a Miracle and Win.
