Not much stands out. But here are a few things that do.
In the Elite 8 Underdogs over the last 7 years are 18-8 against the spread.
In the title game, Favorites are 6-1 against the spread.
Last year, favorites were 20-9 against the spread in the first round.
The Best conference has been the SEC 17-4 against the spread as underdogs the last 7 years
The best teams have been -
West Virginia - 9-0 against the spread.
Vandy - 5-1 against the spread
UCONN - 25-6 straight up over the last 10 years but just 2-8 against the spread as a double digut favorite.
Mich St - 20-13 against the spread
