Ok, I see I am being targeted as "bitching & moaning" because I dared ask what I considered to be a legitimate rules question. The same question needs to be addressed again prior to the start of the contest.
What is the purpose of recording "ties" if the winners are determined by the following-
"The winner is the contestant with the most wins at the end of the year."
Please clarify if ties on a spread will be used to break ties in the weekly standings.
Example: Let's say two contestants finish at 9-2-1 & 9-1-2. Would a record of 9-2-1 finish behind a record of 9-1-2? Or would those two share in first and second equally since they both had the most "wins"?
This question was not intended to offend anyone. I think it should be clarified as it could easily come up. I doubt I am the only one that would be curious about that.

Revised Contest Rules
The COLLEGE FOOTBALL game of the week handicapping contest is just like the NFL game of the week contest. The contest is simple. Pick ONE COLLEGE FOOTBALL game per week, against the spread. The winner is the contestant with the most wins at the end of the year.
This contest is held in our main Bookies Hell posting forum. Picks are posted in the appropriate thread each week, and standings are generally posted on Tuesdays.
This contest is not only popular to participate in, but also very popular among those looking for quality free picks. Like the NFL contest, the reason for this is very simple. There are some great handicappers in this contest, and each week, you're getting their very best play.
