I like Jacksonville to win it all.

Looking at the odds I would bet on Arizona. This team had 4 stupid loses and could easily been 10-6 last year.

Watch this team closely. Coach Whiz has them up and coming. Reduce mistakes in stupid penalties, untimely timeouts, missed FG's and this team should dominate the NFC West. Does it have enough horses to get to the Super Bowl...only time will tell.

        AFC East
NE Another run at a perfect season (not a chance in hell)
NYJ Misses the .500 mark (close probably 8-8, 9-7)
Buf About the same as the Jets (true)
Mia Top 5 draft pick next year (could get to 7 wins)

        AFC North
Pitt Big Ben carries this team to the playoffs (true dat)
Cle (W) Gives Steelers a run for there money (defense is awful)
Cin Close but no cigar (but better then Cle)
Bal Bottom of the barrel (true)

AFC North crosses over with AFC South and NFC East, the 2 best divisions in football no chance you get 2 in the playoffs from this division.

        AFC South
        Jak* Huge season (Maybe)
Ind (W) Ride the back of Peyton (down year, injury and age catch up)
Ten Tough AFC schedule (but ahead of Indy)
Hou Roug 2008 ride (improved but watch out in 2010)

        AFC West
SD Solid season (They were a mirage last year. Outyarded by opponents on the season and +25 in turnovers. Can't depend on turnovers year after year.)
Oak Up and coming (True but 3rd)
Den Down and going (Surprise team in AFC, 1st)
KC Re-building (Could be a few years)

NFC East (throw all 4 in hat and pick em out, any order of finish would be a good choice.)
Dal I see this team struggling...don't have balls to pick another team
Phl (W) Really wanted to pick this team to win NFC East
WAS Same...could win NFC East but no guts
NYG I see all NFC East teams at .500 or better

        NFC North
        GB Favre who?? (True dat)
Min (W) Like this team to go far (Not if teams can play 8 in the box all year.)
        Chi Hmmmm...hard to gauge (stink)
Det OK Lions fans I feel your pain (Could be 2nd, 2nd worst div in football)

        NFC South
NO Renaissance (TRUE DAT, HFA in NFC)
TB Barely misses Wild Card (team is too old, 3rd)
Car 7-9 give or take a game (depends on Delhomme, could be 9-7 with or 6-10 without)
        Atl Roadkill (#1 pick 2009)

NFC West (Ari/Sea for 1-2, SF/Stl 3-4, worst division in football, who cares.)
        AZ 9-7 wins this division
Sea Lack of depth hurts this year
Stl Not enough horns to push this team
SF Who knows with this division...could pull out of a hat

Don't write the Bears off as yet..I think They're gonna do well ; Grossman pissed away a few games for them LY and I don't think Orton will make a lot of mistakes like Grossman did...And the D is still very good.

Agree that Orton is better off than Grossman as they should have never sat Orton in the first place after winning 12 games that year and then being benched for the playoff game against the Panthers.

And the D is still very good.
I disagree with this statement. They were ranked in the bot 5 last year, and haven't seen much improvement this year. Urlacher needs good DT's that can eat up blocks to be at the top of his game. Without that, offenses can account for him in the blocking schemes. Team got rid of DC Ron Rivera before last year. Hard to figure what is the dumber move at this point. Keeping the said QB's years too long or getting rid of a stud DC by not wanting to pay him.

                Dragon,
                I like how you think.
Washington? Your right though everyone has written them off. Just wanted to throw this out there. If Mcnabb goes down again... for the eagles I truely fear there back up more than I fear him. Mark this post Kolb will be a superstar.

Always a trip to take a look back. Especially at the end of the season. Still plenty of football left to be played.

My "looks" not looking to shabby, but forgive me for mentioning the Seahawks and Jets......even at those long odds.

While I mentioned the Titans, and my remarks "hmmmmm" obviously meant worth a look, I didn't take my own advice.........

The only futures I played was the Giants.......

Of course, just because you missed the boat before the season started doesn't mean you still can't cash. There is plenty of value left on the board. Especially with the parity in the NFL these days.

There isn't any one team at this point that has really stepped up to the plate and dominated. Sure, the Titans are undefeated, but they can be beaten.

Check out some of these odds to win the Super Bowl from the Greek.

                        Eagles 18/1

Pats 14/1 - yeah - can't count em out yet

Bills 22/1 - 5-2, first place in the AFC East

                        Packers - 28/1

                        Panthers 14/1

Bucs - 25/1 - worth a shot based on their defense alone

Saints - 25/1 at 4-4 still in the thick of things

                        Ravens 20/1 - defense - defense

                        Bears 22/1

                        Falcons - 72/1

You can still profit without your team making it to the Super Bowl if the team you back makes it to the playoffs.

Getting a team at long odds to the playoffs opens up the door to all kinds of hedging opportunities to guarantee a profit.....although it can also be tortureous trying to make those decisions come playoff time.

I actually managed to screw up a beautiful situation last season. I cashed a nice ticket on the Giants to win the NFC. But I also had a nice price on the Pats to win the Super Bowl. Come Super Bowl I had the option of sticking with the Pats, straight up for a decent payoff, or flipping the risk over to the Giants side.

I LOVED the Giants in the game plus the points but had a hunch that the Pats were destined to make history. So while I really wanted to see the Giants win, and wanted to bet them plus the points, I had to sit there and stay put with my Pats futures ticket which to me, had the most value.......torture...especially that last drive to win it.........

Just be forwarned if you get involved with these futures

To see if any of the teams you like have a shot, go through the rest of their schedule and see if you can make a case for them getting to 10 wins.

The Bills for example. They need to win 5 of these 9 games below

Sun 11/2 NY Jets 1:00 pm
Sun 11/9 at New England 1:00 pm
                        Mon 11/17 Cleveland 8:30 pm
Sun 11/23 at Kansas City 1:00 pm
Sun 11/30 San Francisco 1:00 pm
                        Sun 12/7 Miami 4:05 pm
Sun 12/14 at NY Jets 1:00 pm
Sun 12/21 at Denver 4:05 pm
Sun 12/28 New England 1:00 pm

They probably split with the Pats, maybe even split with the Jets. That's 2 wins. Should beat KC and San Fran, that's 4. Then they'll have to knock off Denver or Clev.........hmmmm

                        Have Fun!!!
