Illinois moves to 6-0 tonight winning the
South Padre Island Tourney defeating Tulsa
48-44.
In a game that fatigue and defense took its
toll on both teams.
Illinois 39% FG and 1-12 thats 8% from the arc
and that arc looked 50 feet away for the Illini
Tulsa fared about the same 11% from that 50 foot arc,
and 36% FG for the game.
A game that was decided in the last minute of
play, The Illini found a way to win UGLY again.
