ACC-Big 10 Challenge

Some early lines for Tuesday's action that I like and grabbed as they will probably shift the other way.

Michigan State +3 at UNC...MSU off loss to Florida and are the better team this year. That loss gives us some value in my eyes in a game they should win SU even in Chapel Hill.

Virginia Tech -2 over Iowa...I don't care who Iowa would have played, I would have taken the other team. And to get a well-coached VT team at 2 point fav is a gift in my eyes. May be a double play for me. VT's schedule is not overly impressive but Iowa only beat NC Central by 10 the other night at home. VT front court takes over this one in a route. This line will rise, no doublt so grab it quick!

Maryland -5 over Indy...Said I was only playing dogs mostly but got to make an exception here once again as Indy is just not good and Maryland is one of the top in the ACC behind Duke and UNC.


Looking at Northwestern + over NC State too.

Here are my thoughts for this Big 10-Acc matchup

Wake at Purdue -9.0.....

Purdue has beat a top 10 team this year Tenn
and has a strong returning squad. Wake is reloading
losing 4 players to the NBA draft. It is at Purdue
and they should cover this big number.



NW at NC State -6.5

This is the 1st road game for the wildcats young
freshmen guards, badly missing the leadership and
play of Coble. NC state just to much for the Cats



Maryland -4.0 vs Indy

It's gonna take a long time to fix the mess
the former coach Sanscum left the Hoosier nation
and even at home Indy cannot beat Maryland who
is average at best this early season.



Michigan State at NC -3.0

What a great basketball game this will be to watch
The Heels are just to strong inside for the Spartans.
Tom Izzo and company plays its best basketball in
late Nov and December. It's early take the Heels



VTech -2 vs Iowa

I have watched Iowa play some really shitty
basketball this year and they can only get better.
This will be a close game with VTECH winning



Minny at Miami (NO LINE YET)

Tubbys squad is just not a good road team, posting
only one road win over a RPI top 100 team in 2 years
(amazing stat) I am thinking Miami wins this by 8



BC at Michigan (NO LINE YET)

BC has a few players banged up, Michigan at
home and should beat BC by 7



Duke at Wisky (No line yet)

Duke is 10-0 in the ACC Challenge games
and will move that to 11-0 as the point guard
play of Wisky struggels vs Dukes defense

FSU at Ohio State (No line yet)

Best team out there in the Big 10 with evan turner
leading the buckeyes. Ohio State will roll in this
game by 15.

Illinois at Clemson

Until future Notice Illinois will not talk of
the top 20 until we grow up.

Clemson is more athletic this year than last
The Beast Trevor Booker could have a double double
by half time vs Illinois. Illinois is soft in the paint
and until they toughen up teams will exploit this
as evidenced by Utah and a Mid Major Bradley.
