Is Illinois worthy of a top 25 ranking

Quality wins over #19 ranked Clemson coming back
from a 23 point deficit to win at Clemson.

Beat #21 Vandy who just spanked Tenn last night in
a game where Vandy shot like 46 free throws, sounds
like Big 10 play to me.

Beat # 5 Michigan State at Illinois

Beat # 11 Wisconsin at Wisky and that just never
happens....Snapping a 51-0 record Wisky held
over unranked Big 10 teams at home.

This Illini team has turned the corner and it
should only get better from here.

Ohio State comes to Illinois Sunday and this
will be a great matchup of Evan Turner and Demetry
McCamy two of the best in the Big 10. These two players
were team mates in high school.

I think Illinois is a Top 25 team and when they beat
Ohio State on Sunday there is no keeping them out
of the polls or the dance

This team has set its sights really high and
they dont know they aint supposed to win the
Big 10 a feat that just may be accomplished

If not now regular season a good chance
in the Big 10 tourney

If they beat Ohio State, who is rolling, I would say absolutely yes.

Plus it helps that my son went to the Michigan St. game with close connections to the program. He was very pleased that McCamey signed his jersey after the game.

I am now accepting the fact that he may want to go play for Weber instead of Painter 10 years.
