Will you put up $50.00 for a "Mock Hilton" contest?

I may be up for it.

One good thing about the Hilton Contest is that they have a Saturday deadline. That's good because there can be some significant moves in the line on Sunday morning and some contestants would just wait and take advantage of the line moves. Having a Saturday deadline prevents the line poachers. Sure, there can be some significant things like injuries that can happen Weds. - Sat., but big money comes in on Sunday AM to always move some lines.

So if we follow the Hilton rules, that would be one of them?

Been down in New Orleans for last several days, just got back. Was internet free while away. I was glad to see Dragon list pre-season games wednesday morning, I was able to sneak my picks in right before we hit the road. Thanks to you fellas for the organizing!

Boys, what do you think about just top 5, since we have so few?

I do like to organize on paper and spreadsheets, but I'm not a clean freak around the house or yard by any means. Dust definitely accumulates!

I used to organize pro sports events, rock concerts, exhibit shows, etc. and loved to organize all the plans and details.

"The Boys" gets the credit for putting this contest together. Should be a good one as the Heavyweights are lining up for the plunder.

I'm actually looking forward more to the consensus picks that should come out of this. I think we should take our consensus picks and put them in a REAL Hilton entry! Or a Carib entry which is only $200 and has a Sunday deadline. That would be easier to manage, since the Hilton deadline is Saturday.

Thanks for the offer, however, not in. I have a hard enough time just selecting 2 out of 3 NFL winners each weekend. Selecting 5 games by Saturday noon, without considering late line moves, QB injuries, weather conditions, and whatever other motivating factors that may come into play IMO is extremely difficult.

Maybe we'll change the final selection day and time to Sunday at noon, that should still work. As far as the final date to enter, not sure, maybe Saturday the day before the season starts, again we have time, but I would like a head count.
