  • Football sportsbook gods gave the finger today!!!

Wasn't it fun being on both Philadelphia and Atlanta!!! Each easily covering at the half and dominating each team only to see the opposition come from off the mat and stick it to me and others!

    It was unfreaking real!!

Yeah, Philly cost me a 10 pt teaser parlay and knocked me out of a survivor contest.

what survivor contest? I understand I was 18-14 in another contest and I get get a big 0 for today. should have known Raiders would come back crashing to reality. cant score 20 against the worse D in the league.
      good luck

the bears give up a solid cover allowing carolina to march down the field with one minute to play only to score with 4 seconds left, what a kick in the teeth

The Dallas bettors and fans are on suicide watch.

This morning, I deliberately stayed away from the NFL weekly contest picks. Tomorrow, I get to pick my poison with the Monday thriller of Indy vs Tampa Bay.

Laxs, post who you take. That 10pt spread makes for a tough call.

What if you had Syracuse, Georgia Tech, USC, Texas A&M, Navy, LSU and Boise State yesterday and Dallas, Philly, Chicago, Atlanta and Arizona today?

Lot of backdoor covers, second half collapses and unusual endings.

I was on the lucky side of 2 (Detroit and Gints) and the unlucky side of 1 (Georgia Tech push).

Glad I'm not playing with real money. Not worth it.

I had a 7 point teaser on Detroit +8 and Over 39 (original line wa 46). It came through. Dallas got off to an good start and built a big lead. But not to worry, Tomo Romo is still their QB, and as long as he is QB, the opposition still has a chance to catch up as Romo is a turnover machine. Plus the Dallas defense is beat up and still learning Ryan's new system.

Going in I felt it would be a close game and Dallas would have to win by two scores for my wager to lose.

My other good pick was Cincinnati plus the points. Fading Buffalo after their big win the week before, I felt Cincy would win the game straight up, which they did.

As laxsfo99 said, Dallas fans are on suicide watch. We are ready to throw Romo off the roof of Cowboy Stadium this morning.

Glad I am not the only one who feels like they got ripped a new hole yesterday.

My mock hilton picks went from a possible 3-2 day to 2-3 in a matter of a few plays.

Dallas and Arizona both choked it for me.

Not to mention in the real world I had a huige play on Arizona and Chicago plus a Parlay where I only needed Philly to win SU!!

                      WOW! My hole hurts....
