For tomorrow, there are 3 games that meet the query. I like the Knicks as Philadelphia will be the first team that will play the 3rd game in 3 days on the rest. Knicks will have one day rest. The other game I'm considering is the Bulls, Washington is a bad team.

In my opinion, my strongest play of the 3 is the New York Knicks -4. Philadelphia is the team to play its 3rd game in 3 days on the road!

Bulls -13.5 is a ton of points for a team playing their 9th game in 12 days! Plus, Rose is a little dinged up, so I will shy away from that play. The Toronto game is a lean as it appears that crappy home teams do well against other crappy teams when playing at home in this scenario.

I didnt' follow that but followed the knicks pick and that went well. Thanks.

Someone in another forum noticed a pretty good trend of a team that has a big player out (espcially the 1st game he's out) in nba generally covers. I didn't see the odds cause it was like a 27 page thread from last year through to this one but it was up there. This only helps it I suppose.

And "The home team is currently 5-0 SU/ATS as a home team on the 3rd game in 3 days."
This implies it's the Home Team that is playing its 3rd in 3.

And "on the rest?" What does that mean?

My criteria that I am using is the following:

Play on the home team whose 3rd game is the home game. Also, I'm only playing on very good teams and staying away from the bad or poor teams (Minnesota, Toronto, etc., also include Washington and so on). I will also play against any team that is playing on the road for their 3rd game. What I have heard from color commentators is that the crowd is pushing the tired home team, there's no momentum to push the road team. It makes sense to me.

'On rest' is a team that had an off day the day before.

It's a moving target, but this is what I am currently honing in on.

Wouldn't the Philadelphia @ New York game be a win last night? I thought in the original post, the play was on the home team, and New York was at home.

I won with New York and Chicago last night, and lost with Toronto.

Correct me if my understanding of this is wrong.

OCK, you are correct.

What I am posting are the results of the team on the 3rd game in 3 days result. So, playing against Philadelphia was an ATS W, however, since it was a play against, Philly did SU/ATS L.

Boy, I hope I'm not confusing everyone.

We did play it right by playing on New York.

The next play against will be New Jersey when they are at Chicago. The play will be taking the Bulls minus the points.

I think I will highlight the ones to play against in red and mark it a play against win.

Okay, so we are looking to play AGAINST teams that are on their 3rd game in 3 nights. And only against road teams? Does the road team have to be on its 3rd ROAD game in 3 nights? Or any 3 games in 3 nights? Maybe one of them was at home?

But you also said, "Play on the home team whose 3rd game is the home game." I thought it was the road team that was playing its 3rd game in 3 nights. Here, you say the home team who is on its 3rd game.

And what are the other ones NOT in red?

Im not as confused so let me try to help explain as much as i get..

The team that is on the left is the team that is playing its 3rd game in 3 days...so the play is on the home team for instance on wednesday chicago played their 3rd game in a row at home against washington so the play is chicago...no matter who is playing their 3rd game in a row whether is be the home team or away team the play should always be on the home team...in all the games listed one of the teams is on their third game in a row it doesnt matter which one the play is on the home team

The ones in red are the ones that the away team is playing its third game in a row so u should play the team on the the right which is the home team he just put them in red to help u recognize that the home team is not the 3rd game in a row team i think that made people more confused then helped them lol but regardless of the color the play should always be the home team...

I think with the SU ATS and O/U columns are confusing people those results are simply based on the 3rd team in a row not the actualy play so u might want to switch that around to support the home team which should be the play and not the away team for instance the Knicks and Philly game since the play was NYK you should have put it as a W to supports the home team and not the 3rd team in a row
