If correct, that helps. My main confusion was that I figured the play would always be AGAINST a team that is playing its 3rd game in 3 nights.

I wouldn't be so keen to play ON a team that is playing its 3rd game in 3 nights, especially if they just played two on the road! And so I guess that's why he highlights and favors the ones where it is the road team that is playing their 3rd game in 3 nights.

But he does say above, "My criteria that I am using is the following: Play on the home team whose 3rd game is the home game." So in that, he says he is playing on the home team on their 3rd game in 3 nights, not on a home team AGAINST a ROAD team on their 3rd game in 3 nights.

well if that is his criteria then the teams that are in red are no plays because the team that is on their 3rd game in a row are away so therefore only play the teams in black because those are the teams that are at home on their 3rd game in a row..but he also states that he will play against the team away team on its third game in a row so it really doesnt matter who is away or at home the key is to play against the away team idk i think you guys are looking way to far into this its pretty simple the play is always on the home team in a matchup where one of the two teams are playing their 3rd game in a row

Let me clarify it. FSU you are correct. The play is always the home. I did not look at how the previous 2 games were either home or away, I am only focusing on the 3rd game in 3 nights.

Always play on the home team. If the home team is playing their 3rd game in 3 nights, play on them.

If the team, playing their 3rd game in 3 nights, and the that 3rd game is on the road, play against them. You will take the home team in that scenario no matter what that the team's prior schedule was.

I think that might help. And thanks for working with me to explain this better. As you can tell, my major is not English! LOL

I got it. Thanks. I just don't understand the logic or rationale if in one case you are playing AGAINST a team on its 3rd game in 3 nights and in the other case, you are playing ON a team on its 3rd game in 3 nights. And hence the red games which are only the ones where it's the Road Teams that is on their 3rd game in 3 nights. And then the additional filter to pass on the "weak" Home Teams like Cleveland, Sacramento and Minnesota.

Thanks. I think we cleared it up.

easy win on charlotte as they had a Double Digit lead all game long.

The plays for today are Orlando and the Clippers. With Paul questionable, I am staying away, unless it is known he will play. I am taking Orlando -5.5

I may fade those plays as Orlando and the Clippers are the "tired" teams, despite being at home. Even though those home teams started off 6-0, I prefer being consistent with the logic that playing AGAINST a tired team is the better way to go.

Or I'll just wait and only play the Home Teams when it is the Road team that is tired from being on their 3rd game in 3 days.

Split decision on the "tired" Home Teams last night with Orlando losing and the Clippers winning.

Next play is Monday, Jan. 23 on the Home Team Chicago Bulls vs the "tired" NJ Nets who will be playing their 3rd game in 3 days. This one I will go for, but it will probably be Bulls - 10+.

Tonight's play is on the home team, Chicago. However, please note that the Bulls are beat up. Rose, Noah, Deng, Gibson all have injuries. Line is still not posted as 3/5 of the starters may not play at all.

                                Bulls covered it by 1.5!

Next up: Play on Golden State -3.5 at home vs the tired Portland Trail Blazers who are on the third in three Wednesday night. Late game.

Home Teams that are on their third game in three nights are 9-3, but 2-2 last 4.

Home Teams playing AGAINST a Road team on their third game in three nights are 2-0.
