Who would not want a Head Basketball Coach like this?
Just before a VCU the coach was on the court teaching how to take a charge, look how he does it.

I know that this coach is on Illinois radar screen as a possible replacement for Bruce Weber. At VCU he makes about 750k a year. Illinois would be offering some where of about 1.5mm to 1.6mm a year for a 5 year contract.
