I agree with Carpet...Murphy's Law will smack you down. I'm just excited about the system I created going on 9 years.
I make minor modifications each year. I run a 51% on all games..ho-hum. My 4/5 Star plays (which is 7+ point difference spread then Vegas) I run 62% win ratio. I have many lines I run dead-on with Vegas (coin-flip), but I look for the huge gaps. Sunday I calculated the Colts as a 2 point favorite...Colts playing tougher, coming off a bye week...Packers not really dominating no one no more. Colts getting 7 points. It looked like a complete fail when GB took a 21-3 lead. My second pick was the Giants and they were losing to Cle 0-14. Both teams came back and won.

Lets see if I can maintain a perfect MNF (5-0) record taking..gulp...J-E-T-S plus the 8 points. My system has the Texans -6.5.
Jets back-to-back home games/Prime Time and should be ready to play...in theory. Texans have dominated some bottom of the barrel teams. They need to play a tougher opponent to move up my power rankings.

Points, Yardage, Turnovers, Time of Possession, back to back road/home games, distance traveled, several other minor indicators. Strength of Schedule plays a key component. Takes about 2 hours to compute. Track last 14 games, weighted towards most recent.
