  • Worst Team and possible point shavers--TCU

I swear there was something fishy with the TCU team today. Missed tons of free throws, and at the end did not defend an ISU layup then had basically an easy run to the basket but the PG throws it away to a big man. Lose by 13. Spread was +12. HMMMM....

They stink too, but I really do think there is something to it. Seemed to play right to the number all game.

Well if you want to know anything about the characters
that rule TCU (really Ft. Worth) pick up any of Dan Jenkins'
books. I've met some of the sons and grandsons and the
money still flows the direction they want it to go.

Woodee, Iowa St. was up by 10 at the half, so I thought
it would be an easy cover. When I saw the final score I
    was surprised.

You recall last year TCU had a terrible drug scandal on the football team. About 20 players were kicked off the team. Then the starting QB was sent to alcohol rehab.

Would not surprise me if there are some roten apples in the basketball team as well.

Any Dan Jenkins book you would reccommend the most, he wrote a lot . . . . .

While it would seem shocking a college with the name "Christian" in it would be a bullseye for scandal, remember Southern "Methodist" University, in nearby Dallas . . .. .
