    I love it!

The best thing about these systems is that unless these trends fall to pieces, books are going to have to charge -200 on the correct side, which will drive away smart money and business. Or, they can charge +200 on the wrong side, which would only tempt marks, which frankly, is fine with us.

God bless hockey. And God bless the lockout---the real winners are the gamblers!

        You're right!

Tonight the puck line Calgary is -170 and San Jose -220

San Jose I can see being -220 based upon the record (6-0), but Calgary -170 is purely based upon rest. Because Calgary is 1-2-1 and Colorado is 2-4-0.

If you really want to push it and get better odds with some moderate risk, some books offer 'regulation' time wagering.
San Jose -137, Calgary -108 (NOTE: You lose if game goes into OT)

ONLY 2 OF THE 22 HA, AA GAMES ACTUALLY WENT INTO OT SO FAR THIS SEASON.

I love those plays. The vig on the Sharks is scary but Edmonton played overtime last night.

The lines are already out for the 2/1 games.

            Detroit -115 over STL
            Tampa -165 over Winnipeg

Also the key on B2B games w/ OT and travel, those teams usually go with their #2 goalie. That's another factor that has to be researched. Usually the local newspaper posts the starting goalie in the afternoon on their website.
