Casinos and Sports Websites support of Legalizing Sport Betting

With all of the casinos spread across the country and the sports websites who have so much to gain on legalizing sport betting- why do we not see more effort on their part to bring it about?

What am I missing here? ---- Thoughts?

Think about how much money they are letting flow to other countries- WHY?
