Friday--

A few plays. I am up about 1/2 unit this week. Baseball is a grind....

Atlanta -103 over STL...Hard to go against Wainwright but the Braves always get up for the Cards. Cards are hot after sweeping the Phillies but now hit the road. Close game but I think ATL steals game 1 late.

Orioles -108 over Boston...Baltimore just got swept by KC on the road in a look ahead to this series. Emotional series with TB for Boston now have to hit the road. O's take game 1.

Philly +143 over Detroit...Good Value here with Hamels. Phills need to do something soon or their season is over.

Two plays for me, Sat 27:

Mil @ Colo under 10. This seems like an invite to take the under and I will.
Segura may not be the right hitter to replace Braun in the #3 spot, so their
lineup is still in flux. Also, the Brewers starting pitcher Gorzelanny (sic) gave up
no earned runs in 2 of his last 4 starts.

Det -1.5 over Philli. Phillis have lost 6 in a row and now face the best pitcher
to go against them during their slide.

odd doings in Mil @ Colo game. Bottom of the 6th, Milwaukee up
6-0 with rain coming down. After 3 of 4 batters get on base to make
it 6-1, Milwaukee pitcher Gorzelanny makes a request to have "quick
dry" spread on the mound. The umpire comes out says a few words
and denys the request. The next batter Rosario hits a homer to make it
6-4. As soon as Rosario touched home, time was called and a crew
rushed out to the mound and spread the "quick dry".
With the o/u @ 10 runs this was a strange way to get there.......
